Casa de Emdeko 232

Took a while to realise that the 232 on the booking title was also our room/unit number - we thought that was the name of the property and hence weren't sure what our unit number was. Suggestion to maybe update the title to Casa De Emdeko Unit232? But property location was excellent - well kept common areas. The amenities in the property were excellent as well. Furniture in the living room looked a little dated but we hardly used as were mostly out. Suggestions for us to use on property: 1. Car windshield sun cover (as we were travelling a lot and using the car spaces and the sun can sometimes get quite intense - helps keep car cool. 2. Small esky - There was a cooler bottle, but an esky would be great as well as it would have been great during one of our road trips across the island where we packed food prepared at the apartment and to keep our drinks cool.

1. Internet connection in the bedroom was quite weak so I generally had to sit out in the kitchen area. 2. The phone didn't work - we thought to use it to call some of the local businesses to enquire about activities. Best to remove it if it is not meant for us to use. 3. The common washing machines area does have an app but requires receiving an SMS code which wasn't accepting non American numbers. But thankfully was able to get 'quarters' from the convenience store just in front of the property to use the machines.

Location to Kona. Great pool and balcony. Amenities of kitchen and some beach equipment was nice. Fairly clean, good size for an extended stay. Overall condo complex is nice and people are friendly.

The smell of mold/mildew was very strong, mainly from air conditioner I think. Could not use air conditioner due to it being extremely loud & smelly. 2 of 3 beach umbrellas in closet are broken.
