Great location, plenty of facilities

Location was perfect for our needs, as it was Christmas parking was good. All facilities were good and comfortable home from home

Didn't happen

Was cancelled on the morning of our travel by the host, when we were already travelling. Never got to stay, spent 4 hours trying to find alternative Accommodation while traveling, stressful day as this was an expensive trip for me and my son.

No parking outside for accessibility, entrance hall was very dirty and in poor state of repair with damp and mould. General smell of damp throughout property. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. Blinds broken on living room so no privacy from outside street.

pleasant once all the issues with access were finally resolved

the apartment was clean and comfortable.

The procedure for getting access instruction was poorly communicated ahead of time and the response time was less than adequate. It would not have been difficult to check identification 24hrs prior to accessing the property (a process which was never communicated as necessary by the host) and then to send access instructions 1-2 hrs before the scheduled access time requested. Since there is no staff on site the response time was very slow and we were left waiting in the cold for more than half an hour before all the issues with ID were resolved. Although the flat itself was fine, the entrance hallway was in a bad state with clear damp damage in the communal staircase (not smelling very nice either). Additionally the kitchen was poorly stocked with not enough plates and cutlery and some of the plates were chipped.

Everything was spot on! Great value for money, perfect.. has everything you need for a stay. I went with two children which loved the idea of the pull out sofa bed! We all slept like baby’s! We all we definitely recommend a stay here.. we will be back

Pleasant stay for 1 night to attend a function very close by.

Apartment was clean, bright and recently refurbed. Location was central in Urmston so within easy reach of town centre, shops and amenities. Bathroom very modern and well equipped. Heaters very efficient and warmed the apartment very quickly

The bedroom is too small, there is very little clothes storage, no drawers or wardrobe. Just a small open hanging rail. Kitchen only had 2 mugs but the apartment sleeps 3?? Had to place the kettle on the hob to boil as there is only 1 set of sockets over the counter and the microwave is plugged into 1.
