房子大，空气好，有自我自愈的感觉。

可以把住宿地址和房子周边的参照物已照片形式做成PDF的形式发送给预定者。有的网址是预先发给客服了，但客服所在的地区有可能不能打开预览的问题的存在。所以这点需改进。

房间设施都很满意，家人团体旅行这样的民宿太方便了可以做饭不像宾馆太小了住着也不舒服

门口的树把建筑物都遮住了不好找，建议清理下。还有进门口杂物太多看着不规整降低了舒适感，一楼榻榻米房间的穿衣镜有点多余用布遮着看着害怕😟 没有准备牙刷🪥我们前两天住的宾馆都有牙具自己也没带现买的有点麻烦还得开车下山

The house itself is huge and offers an incredible amount of space. The highlight is definitely the breathtaking view—having breakfast with this mountain panorama was wonderful! There is also a traditional tea ceremony room, which doubles perfectly as a yoga space, and a private onsen (a deep stone tub with hot spring water), which was a very nice touch. You can tell the host genuinely tries to equip the house with everything you might possibly need: it is packed with feature-rich appliances (most have English labels alongside Japanese, and AI translation tools easily cover the rest) and various curious items, like an old electric guitar.

To sum up our arrival in the words of our daughter: "Without a car, we’re completely stranded here!" The location map on Booking.com is misleading: Nagahama Beach looks close, but the map doesn't show the massive elevation gains and steep mountain roads. Without a car or local knowledge, public transport is too infrequent. Asking the host for help with a taxi required registering on LINE, only to receive a automated message telling us to use Uber (which luckily worked). Keeping such a massive house spotless is a challenge, but items like the oilcloth tablecloth and a few cooking pans were quite sticky upon arrival. Also, scattering space heaters around the house in peak summer felt a bit odd. What shaped our experience most was the "rule culture." The house is filled with instructional signs reacting to past guest grievances (like explicit warnings not to put wet dishes in cupboards). Host messages consist mainly of automated warning lists about fines: police callout fees for noise, 5,000 Yen for "too much" trash, strict late checkout fees, and discarding forgotten items after two weeks. While we understand past bad experiences with party guests, it makes you feel under general suspicion rather than warmly welcomed. Ironically, in this quiet area, our neighbors had lively parties on two evenings—which didn't bother us at all, but added a touch of irony to the strict noise warnings.
