Excellent location for my sisters 40th, only 10mins into Matlock Bath. Such a beautiful cottage with all we needed for the weekend.
Garden furniture or more set up for garden sitting would be my only slight downside. We had gorgoeus weather and made use of the benches privided in the garden patio. Theres a big garden space but not yet set up and would really benefit from a seating area, or bbq as its a lovely space.

Amazing!! A wonderful place to stay! Had a lovely couple of days, in Berts cottage, celebrating an 80th birthday. Very clean, tidy and cosy. The beds were super comfy! Great communication with the owner. A perfect cottage.

Lovely wallpaper layout and feel! The bedrooms were all particularly nice
Communication wasn’t great. No instructions on how to enter the property. Slow or no contact form host at time. Tv hard to use. Chairs in kitchen table not in good condition and microwave not working
