The location was fabulous, able to walk to local attractions and nice country walks. Hot tub was much appreciated.
Matlock Bath is extremely hilly so be prepared for steep, narrow roads and a decent driver to get into the garage which is tricky to say the least but the tips in advance from the host really helped.

Space inside property. Very well equiped kitchen. Warm and comfortable.
We would have appreciated more instructions on how to use the sound systems as we didn't understand how to use it. The property needs some maintenance as it is starting to look quite tired.

The house quirky and its own original style.

The garage can only fit a small car and difficult to reverse out of such a small space but there is a car park a couple of mins away which I would suggest if your staying at the house, especially if more than 1 car.
