A great, comfortable house for groups, plenty of room and well equipped
A great house for a big group, plenty of room for us all with good sized bedrooms. Kitchen well equipped.
Everything was lovely although we did arrive during a snowy time and the house was very cold, it took a few days to heat up. However there was plenty of firewood to keep us going - so thank you for that.

Pleasant stay, could do with a new sofa and better mattress.
The Garden space was very good, astroturf lawn was a shame but understood the appeal for it being fake grass. The outside garden was a recent landscape it appears and was executed very very well.
The Sofa was very poor and very worn out. The mattress in one of the room (top floor rear facing on left) was of a very poor foam quality and as a result decided to sleep on the sofa for comfort. The kitchens are small but there are two of them. The music digital hifi does not work.

Lovely stay
Lovely stay , two parking spaces available in the car park next door with parking up the private road by the side available too . Large house in a perfect location with lovely walks and local pubs and cafes . Perfect short walk to Matlock bath and Matlock . Only down side there is no large kitchen and would have been better with more en-suites (rather than just the one and no toilet on the top floor) . There was also sadly only one toilet roll per loo (so we had to buy more) . But overall a lovely stay, thank you for having us !
