세심하게 신경 써서 벽에 다양한 미술품을 장식했고, 여러가지 실내 편의 시설, 예를들면 선풍기 공기청정기를 설치해 놓았다. 해변에서 사용할 수 있게 비치타올 등을 구비해 사용자를 배려해 주었다. 맞은편 주차건물에 무료 주차가 되어 호텔에서 지불하던 주차비를 절약할 수 있다. 알라모아나 쇼핑센터와 로얄 하와이안센터의 중간 쯤에 위치하여 쇼핑에 편리하였고, 홀푸드 크루즈 선착장 등 접근성도 괜찮다. 전반적으로 하와이 물가를 고려해보면 가성비가 괜찮은 선택이었다.
창문 방음 시설이 빈약하여 밤에 들리는 소음, 특히 오토바이 소리가 심하게 들려 잠자는데 크게 방해가 되었다. 전반전에 머문 호텔과 너무 달랐다. 건물 전체의 문제이겠지만 이 점은 꼭 개선해야 한다.

The room is cozy, it’s easy to take highway to the airport. And parking free is very worthy.
It would have been better if there was plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
