Seemed like this property was brand new. Everything was perfect. Clean, smelled new. Seems like they thought of everything. I visit Guntersville often to visit family. Plan to stay here every time in the future. Had a problem with smoke alarm battery beeping, they fixed it immediately while I was out. No disruption to my stay at all. Loved that they allow pets.
Booked thru booking.com no where i could seem to find did it tell me there would be an added $40 pet fee once I arrived.
The building was very sturdy high class, the dining table & chairs & lovesea & sidetables seemed very cheap, and were very uncomfortable
Check out is "before 10am" cleaning person showed up early and I felt like I was being pushed out because they sat by my car waiting. I was no where near late leaving. Very upsetting.

The location was great for my son and myself a fishing trip. Luckily for us close to boat repair facilities. Guntersville lake and dining choices were close.
Basically a single lane entrance or exit if you have a trailer/boat. Never had an issue, but if someone was entering or exiting at the same time I could see it being tricky.

Place provided everything you need even “poop spray”!
If I had to change one thing, it would be the couch, it was stiff and could have been a little wider, it wasn’t comfortable for two people.
