Cons: -The garage parking wasn’t fully explained beforehand, it was a bit technical as I was a newbie. Also I wasn’t told what the second key of the garage was for. I contacted Fabian the next morning and then I was sent a video on how to find my car, it was still there and I thought it was stolen 😅. Eventually I figured it out. -the apartment lacks a full mirror. It would be a good addition. - we stayed 3 nights and were given just one toilet paper roll. For a family of four including 2 kids, that was way too less. When I contacted Fabian for more toilet paper he didn’t reply at all. Eventually I bought my own. - a fan would be a good addition in the apartment. It can get very suffocating. The bathroom was verrryy hot.

Sehr schönes Einraum-Appartement in perfekter Lage mitten in der Karlsruher Innenstadt. Alles war sauber, modern eingerichtet und gut durchdacht. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es angenehm ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders gefallen hat mir die gute Ausstattung der kleinen Küche und das bequeme Bett. Ideal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt oder eine Geschäftsreise. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten und kann das Appartement absolut weiterempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral- mitten in der Stadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet - man hat alles was man braucht. Toll ist auch der Parkplatz.
