Modern stay in the city centre with parking

Fantastic apartment with a terrace overlooking the city The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay though we didn't cook as we ate out. Clean and modern with a very comfortable bed and seating area and a good hot shower

Great location and a good price if you come with a car that does fit onto the parking spot

Very Central location and if you have a small enough car you also get a parking space inclusive. Lots of shopping very close and also good for dining and even for a walk to the famous botanic garden and the castle.

A problem in the bath with the drainage took 2 days to get corrected - though there was immediate response the fixing took 2 days basically and there was a lack of communication. I booked for three but unfortunately the preparation for the bedding was only done for 2 and as I slept on the sofa (which we knew) I would at least have expected a quilt cover and some sheets to lay one, though this was missing. Last but not least 4 coffee pads completely unprotected where offered at the beginning - this did not impress me or neither my wife. If you are very noise sensitiv you may get disturbed after clubs are closing despite being on the 7th floor you still may hear drunk people talking or shouting on the streets.

Goede ligging en eigen parkeerplek

De ligging direct in het centrum en de eigen parkeerplaats in de garage (het hydraulische systeem is even wennen, maar wel heel praktisch). De kamer was schoon.

De kamer is inmiddels verouderd t.o.v. de foto's. Het is erg eenvoudig en de inrichting van de keuken is minimaal ook qua servies en bestek.

Petit pied à terre central

situation très centrale, plein de restos, cafés, bars à chicha et magasins autour, le château et son parc sont tout prêt. la vue du balcon est saisissante.

tout le côté "self check-in", nécessitant les instructions sur 8 pages, de la procédure d'arrivée très bysanthine, incluant de prendre le ticket de parking public pour aller récupérer le clés du parking privé de l'appartement, à la porte au "smart lock" qui nous enfermait régulièrement à l'intérieur et nous bloquait dehors.

Schönes Wochenende in Karlsruhe

Die Lage ist nicht zu überbieten,Auto in der Tiefgarage, alles Fussläufig zu erreichen,direkt im Zentrum, Zimmergrösse gut. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Kommunikation und Beschreibung vom Anbieter im Bezug auf Check in-und out vorbildlich. Wenn wieder Karlsruhe dann hier.

Im Kühlschrank stand das Wasser, im Tiefkühlfach festgefrorene Plastik Eiswürfeltüten. Ist jetzt kein großes Ding aber leicht abstellbar.

Zentral in Karlsruhe

Die Lage ist extrem gut, rundherum Kneipen und sehr fussläufig zur City, die Wohnung liegt in der 7. Etage und ist mit dem Aufzug gut erreichbar, Check-in war problemlos und Autos die nicht in die Garage passen, können im gegenüberliegenden Parkhaus für 15€ am Tag parken

Ich hatte mir die Wohnung etwas größer vorgestellt, zu dritt war es doch recht eng, die Ausstattung ist modern allerdings ist der Eindruck an einigen Ecken wie z. B. der Küchenzeile eher einfach
