The apartment is better than the city itself

We chose this location for peace and to visit the city. The apartment impressed us with its layout, terrace, complete equipment, I was really impressed by the luxurious mattress of the bed, the children were excited by the Nintendo. We really didn't miss anything there and we felt very good here. The neighborhood was very quiet with opportunities to walk or run in the park along the stream. Easy to find free parking spot. During the winter visit, the apartment was well heated.

The city didn't impress us with anything special, but it was pleasant, we had a nice walk, but it was because at the turn of the year many places were closed. Be aware that parking is on the street on the other side of the block, and the apartment is up the stairs, probably on the second floor of the house, if you have luggage, then be aware that you will have to carry it a bit.

An apartment is clean, spacy and full of light. It is decorated in beach style with taste and attention to details. My family enjoyed both - the central room and the terrace. The atmosphere is quiet due to the woods that separate the main highway from that part of the neighborhood. Closest shops are within walking distance and we've used rented scooters to visit the city center and the zoo. There are many bicycle roads around the area too.

It is hard to find anything which isn't on high level. We didn't like pillows because they were too soft and sparse.

Great location. Very close to ALDI, very close to bus station that goes to main station. 6-7 minutes walk to tram(Nr.2) station. You'll hear singing birds, see squirrels climbing a tree when walking in the path. Everything is already considered in the house for your enjoying by house owners. It is very lovely and stylishly furnished. I'll definitely choose here when I come to Karlsruhe again.

It's just a beautiful Little California , that means you have a feeling of the holiday by beach with nature and everything is perfectly organised . I mean you lack nothing really .NADA 😂 all is homely, modern and neatly organised . I was surprised to see even hand mixer which most apartment dont have, or citrus presser, extra point he did extra job, for every type of coffee people , whether caps, brew,or instant , teas for you even if U have kids just perfect . Water filter just like America thanks Dominik . I really do appreciate that because I don't drink from the tap. Well overall it's beautiful cosy place not too big not too small . Just for your holiday season or longer stay as well , he has cleaning things and stuffs which ii do really appreciate unlike other places. because I'm sensitiv and clean.. Job well done 👍🏻👏👏

The internet pissed us off. Vodafone they do this but he tried to make it work, worked just for some time and was gone again long enough . But we had our data on phone..

Alles wat je nodig hebt is voor handen en huiselijke sfeer is prettig.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist nur ein paar Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt, ist perfekt ausgestattet mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Einfach Klasse 👍🏼

Könnte man selber zubereiten, da Küche vorhanden. Allerdings liebe ich Croissants und guten Kaffee. Daher beim Mc Donalds in der Nähe gefrühstückt und einmal beim Hauptbahnhof

Stänkern auf hohem Niveau: Hätte liebe Nespresso-Kapseln als Kopien. Und Zucker.

Enttäuschende Erfahrung - Keine Privatsphäre

Wir haben einige Tage in dieser Unterkunft verbracht, um meinen Bruder in der Stadt zu besuchen. Leider war unsere Erfahrung alles andere als angenehm. Vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns ständig von den Gastgebern beobachtet. Sei es beim Betreten der Wohnung oder zu anderen Gelegenheiten – Privatsphäre war hier einfach nicht möglich. Ein besonders unangenehmes Erlebnis war, als mein Bruder eines Nachmittags auf einen Kaffee zu uns in die Wohnung kam. Direkt danach erhielten wir eine Nachricht vom Gastgeber, dass keine nicht gebuchten Gäste in der Wohnung erlaubt seien. Hier muss man klarstellen, dass mein Bruder nur kurz auf einen Kaffee vorbeigekommen ist und keinesfalls übernachtet hat. In den Hausregeln (dies habe ich extra nachgeschaut) stand nichts davon, dass Besuch nicht erlaubt ist, solange er nicht übernachtet. Wer auf der Suche nach einer Unterkunft ist, in der man sich ungestört und mit etwas Privatsphäre aufhalten kann, sollte diese Wohnung meiden. Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht und werden diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.Ich bin mit meiner ver

Stilvoll und angenehm gerne wieder

Wir als kleine Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern (4 und 1 Jahr alt) hatten ausreichend Platz und alles was wir benötigen. Die Gegend ist ruhig und man ist mit dem Auto schnell in der Stadt. Sehr sauber und einladend.

Nur ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Wohnung ist im 2.OG über Treppen erreichbar, das war für uns kein Problem, ist aber sicher für den ein oder anderen Besucher wichtig.
