Disappointment

Its close to the underground , good restaurants and good area to explore Paris

We only used the apartment to sleep, but even then the experience was disappointing. After paying the fees, we were unexpectedly asked to provide a £300 damage deposit, which had not been mentioned before booking. The beds are uncomfortable, especially the sofa bed. Despite being listed as a one-bedroom apartment, it is actually a large studio. On top of that, the metro noise is constant, even during the night, making it difficult to rest. We would not stay there again and we would not have chosen it if we know this would be the case.

The location is nice but stay was very uncomfortable.

1. The location was nice and there were enough dining and grocery options at walking distance. 2. The balcony although small had a nice view. 3. The noise canceling window was good as you couldnt hear the train passing every few minutes when you closed it but it got really warm if you closed it. 4. The kitchen was good.

1- The exact instructions to check-in were not provided until last minute and that too were provided in pictures in french so was not easy to translate them. The Lockbox itself wasnt very visible in the dark. 2- Wifi password was not provided at the property and having just landed in france my e sim was not yet active to contact the host so that was quite troublesome. 3- For a couple the bed a bit small and the pillows were very uncomfortable. 4. The linen and carpet was stained and not clean 5. There is very little closet space and what little there is used for linnen storage and the shelves were falling off if you tried to place something on them. 6. The most uncomfortable part yet perhaps was the neighbour. We like to play music on youtube while getting ready (not during the quite hours) and twice we turned on the TV the neighbour complained at once that the walls are too thin and we need to turn it down so we put it off being polite. The first time we were playing it a bit loud and the volume was at 60 but the second time the volume was at 30 and she still came ringing the doorbell and she wasnt even polite about it. I did messege the host asking what would be the appropriate volume to play music narrating the incident but the host never replied, and only replied on the day we had to leave that its ok and there was no noise pollution detected .... I mean obviously there wasnt coz we did not make any nosie and we couldnt even turn on the tv because of the complaining neighbour. 7. Lastly to add to the stress of what had already become an unpleasent stay on the last evening the host messeged on booking.com that the cleaning manager would be coming at 10 15am and i am supposed to check out at 10am when check out time was 11am and when i sent messege trying to inform that i have a prebooked cab and check out is 11 am and cannot leave before the responce was not prompt and i had to send messege on whatsapp aswell to get the host to acknowledge the checkout time.

Чудесно местоположение, много удобно , чудесен квартал, наблизо има пекарна, приятни ресторантчета. Идеално местоположение за посещание на Дисниленд. Апартаментът е супер, чист, леглото и дивана са много удобни. Кафе машина с капсули на Нескафе Долче густо, чиста и топла баня. Комуникация с домакина - без проблем. Самостоятелно чекиране, което е страхотно за късно приситгащи полети. Прекарахме чудесно, бих резервирала отново при следващия си престой.

La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata pessima e tardiva.

La comunicazione con il proprietario, abbiamo chiesto se era possibile lasciare le valige prima di fare il check-in delle 15,00 mi è stato comunicato che alle 13,30 ci sarebbe stata una persona per lasciare le valige ma non si è presentato nessuno, abbiamo atteso fino alle 15,10 per strada in attesa di comunicazioni perdendo metà giornata di vacanza. Non ci è stata data nessuna indicazione di come si apriva il divano letto e mio figlio ha dormito una notte con il materasso per terra, dopo vari messaggi di spiegazioni. Abbiamo dovuto richiedere se nell'appartamento era presente la Wifi e password, tutto nel periodo di permanenza e non prima dell'arrivo, al contempo la comunicazione del check-out, con indicazioni precise e dettagliate, puntuale e precisa.

Logement pratique pour visiter Paris

Logement agréable avec balcon, proche du métro, du bus et des commerces. Ascenseur pratique quand on a des bagages. TV avec Free appréciable.

Bruit du RER, il faut dormir les fenêtres fermées. Il manque des verres et des sets de table

Très compliqué pour récupérer la clé du logement. Celle-ci était dans l'immeuble mais le propriétaire ne pouvais ouvrir la porte de l'immeuble par téléphone. Nous avons essayé de l'appeler plusieurs fois sans réponse. Il a fallut appeler depuis l'extérieur la concierge qui heureusement était encore présente et sa fenêtre ouverte. Sans cette concierge nous n'aurions pas pu pénétrer dans l'immeuble et donc dans le logement.

Pobyt był bardzo przyjemny - apartament był czysty a okolica spokojna i bezpieczna. Niedaleko znajduje się stacja metra,

Wygodne łóżko, czysta łazienka i balkon :)

Żelazko jest trochę stare, śmierdzi spalenizną i ciekła z niego woda ale działało :) Przydałaby się też deska do krojenia.
