Die Wohnung ist perfekt. Metro ist vor der Tür, Supermarkt und Bäcker sind um die Ecke. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Ausststtung, nichts fehlte, Bett war sehr bequem. Vince ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Übergabe war problemfrei. Ich komme gern wieder.

We had a wonderful stay! First of all, Vincent was incredibly welcoming right from the moment we arrived. Since we had an early flight, he was kind enough to store our luggage for the day, and by the time we got back from exploring Paris, he had already moved everything into the flat for us.
Secondly, the location is fantastic—just a 2-minute walk to Metro Line 1 and 8 minutes to the RER station, which made our trip to Disneyland incredibly easy thanks to the direct connection. The neighborhood itself is lovely, safe, and has a wonderful, authentic vibe since it’s not overly touristy.
Last but not least, the flat was spotless. The shower was great, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and our daughter absolutely loved the toys and books left around. Highly recommended for families!
As an unexpected surprise, we happened to visit Paris during an unprecedented May heatwave with temperatures exceeding 30°C. Unfortunately, the ceiling fan wasn't quite enough to help us sleep comfortably, and the flat got pretty warm at night. While an AC would have been amazing, we noticed that air conditioning is rare across Paris, likely due to strict regulations for historical buildings. Ultimately, we know this was just bad luck with the weather and out of the host's control!

Tout est fonctionnel.
Le premier étage en escalier avec un enfant et la poussette. Un voisin au dessus de la chambre un peu bruyant (je note que c’est un immeuble ancien).
Parking un peu loin. Pas de place facile à trouver autour. Pour déposer les bagages avec un enfant, c est un peu d organisation.
