As good as it gets

I seldom give a score of 10 but very happy to make an exception here. The apartment was just perfect. Spacious, comfortable, fully equipped, good bed,... I was a bit afraid of street noise but the bed room is in the back and I could even sleep with the window open. Owner is a very nice guy and communication with him was pleasant and always fast responses. I've stayed in many apartments in Vincennes already but not as good as this. I just hope this review does not mean it will be difficult to book it again because I certainly would :-)

Northing really although it would be more convenient to get a key from a locker somewhere.

Six stars out of five

Vince is a super host having a super apparment in a perfect location. We are a family with 2 kids and it was perfect for us. Metro is right bellow, RER is a short walk too. Many great resturants around (check out google maps..). Appartmet as very well designed and very well equippted. Verdict: 6 stars out of five.

Nice apartment with a great location

We received a friendly welcome, and the hosts were helpful throughout our stay in Paris. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was great, with metro and regional train stations close by, making it easy to get to central Paris and Disneyland. We enjoyed staying in the Vincennes area as well, and the nearby zoo and the Château de Vincennes were worth a visit.

Tutto perfetto. Posizione dell'appartamento vicino alla metro 1, pulizia, gentilezza del proprietario Vincent. Nell'appartamento non manca niente. Soggiorno di quattro giorni in famiglia.

Vincent è molto gentile. Siamo tornati a Parigi e siamo tornati ancora a AU55. A solo 15 minuti di metro dal centro di Parigi. Consiglio!

Un superbe séjour dans un superbe appartement

En plus du bel accueil reçu, nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la beauté de l'appartement, décor et meubles de qualité choisis avec goût. Tout nous a semblé être mis en œuvre pour que nous soyons bien. Il y a une attention évidente de notre hôte à bien recevoir. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour.

Appartamento molto grazioso e silenzioso; è dotato di tutti i comfort (phon, macchina caffè a cialde, etc). È ben posizionato essendo vicinissimo all’ingresso della stazione della metropolitana. La zona presenta ristoranti, bar e supermarket. L’host, il signor Vincent, è stato molto disponibile. Noi siamo stati molto bene. Consigliato!

L’appartement est idéal pour y passer une soirée comme un week end pour découvrir Vincennes! Notre hôte s’est montrée très disponible et avenant nous facilitant grandement notre séjour. Les équipements de l’appartement sont haut de gamme et tout est décoré avec goût! Nous avons adoré y séjourner.

Excellent séjour chez Vincent, logement et accueil très agréables, nous recommandons !

Emplacement idéal au pied de la ligne 1 qui dessert les principaux points touristiques et à proximité immédiate de tous les commerces (boulangerie, supérette, pharmacie...) Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis, tenant compte de notre arrivée tardive. Logement très bien équipé, avec des équipements et matériels de qualité, logement meublé avec beaucoup de goût et très cosy. Vincent s'est inquiété de notre confort tout au long du séjour.

RAS ! Seul micro commentaire : nous n'avons pas trouvé de passoire ou égouttoir :)
