Sehr sauber. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Reichlich Handtücher, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Tee. Sehr kleiner Balkon, jedoch mit bequemen Stühlen.
Sehr sehr kleines Appartement, winzige Küche im Flur; für einen längeren Aufenthalt ungeeignet. Überall Plastikblumen. Überteuert.

The apartment is situated in a calm neighborhood and provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is stylishly furnished, with the available space arranged in a very smart and practical way. I particularly enjoyed the cozy television area, with its large TV and exceptional choice of channels and streaming services, including Netflix.
The balcony offers a lovely view. The secure, gated underground parking is another major advantage.
Contactless check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient, with clear instructions provided in advance. Communication with the host was excellent, and we always received a very quick and helpful response whenever I had a question.
Public transport connections are convenient for reaching the city center, the main railway station, and attractions such as the Blaues Wunder, Pillnitz, and the Großer Garten. Several shops, including a large EDEKA supermarket, are within walking distance, and a really huge shopping mall is only a very short tram journey away.
A peaceful, thoughtfully designed, and well-equipped apartment that makes an excellent base for exploring Dresden.

„Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ideal – Alle unsere Ziele in Dresden ließen sich bequem und schnell mit der Straßenbahn erreichen, während unser Auto sicher in der Tiefgarage parkte. Besonders gefallen haben uns die ruhige Umgebung und die Abende konnten auf dem Balkon genossen werden. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Weiterempfehlung!“
