Bardzo funkcjonalne i czyste mieszkanie. Wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy na kilkudniowy pobyt. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko do komunikacji miejskiej, łatwy dojazd do centrum i głównych atrakcji Drezna.

Sowohl das Haus als auch die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Das QueenSize-Bett war bequem, wenn auch etwas kurz. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr positiv (Zusendung des Schlüssels vorab nach Hause!) und die Infos und Unterlagen in der Wohnung hilfreich. Parken war kostenfrei direkt an der Straße vor dem Haus möglich.
Das Treppenhaus roch regelmäßig nach Rauch (wofür der Vermieter aber nichts kann). Zu einer direkten ÖPNV-Verbindung in die Stadt (D-Strehlen) sind einige Minuten zu laufen. Andere Verbindungen sind näher, dauern aber länger.
