I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It’s situated in a very peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen, though compact, has everything you need with a great selection of modern appliances. The entire place—including the bathroom—was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend it!

While the late check-in time wasn't ideal, I completely understand the reasons behind it. Unfortunately, our visit coincided with a heatwave where temperatures reached around 40°C, and there were no fans in the apartment. Luckily, the sun didn't hit the windows directly, so it remained manageable. However, providing a fan would be a wonderful and very helpful addition for future guests during the summer months.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und auch sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Schlüsselübergabe per Anruf mit dem sehr freundlichen Vermieter der FeWo hat hervorragend funktioniert. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung des ÖPNV in die Innenstadt bzw. auch ins Umland.

Fehlende Kleiderbügel.

Schöne Wohnung in einem eher ruhigen Stadtteil von Dresden. Mit dem Bus war man in ca.20 min. in der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist sauber, ruhig und liegt im 1.Stock. Das Bad ist neuwertig und die Regendusche sehr angenehm. Die Küche ist sehr klein, hat aber alles was man braucht. Kostenfreie Parkplätze gibt es zahlreich vor der Tür. Sehr freundliche und nette Vermieter. Kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe.

Das Bett war auf einer Seite etwas durchgelegen und das Kissen knubbelig. Der Wasserdruck in der Küche war zu wenig, durch die kleine Küche und einem schlechten Winkel kann man selbst schwer dran, um diesen zu verändern. Vermieter wurden aber informiert.

Vey good flat not far from the center. You can easily reach main points by tram which is 5 mins walking from the flat. Flat has everything you need and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and even tablets for it. Renovated bathroom. The only mines is that there is only tropical shower which is not super convenient. Calm neighborhood and free public parking along the street. Supermarket and bakery around 10 mins walk. Vey friendly owners. Overall it is super good for such price.

Polyester bed lining. Bo instructions where to take rubbish. The process of getting key is not super convenient. You need to stay in front of the door and call the owner. They give you instructions and asking questions which might be quite expensive for those who do not have local number. We arrived even a bit later check in time but the flat was not cleaned, so I had to call owner again and he just forgot to inform cleaning service. They have only once key for guests and cleaning service so we have to leave our belongings and key and left till they do cleaning. When we returned I again had to stay in from of the door and call the owner. He didn't answer so I had to a call another number and explain the situation coz his wife was not aware and started to ask me flat address and why I do not have a key and other details. Like seriously, guys, you need to change it.
