La casa è silenziosa, pratica, spaziosa e molto luminosa, completa di tutto il necessario, proprio come una vera abitazione. La posizione è centrale e davvero perfetta per spostarsi comodamente. Ottima anche la disponibilità del parcheggio, un valore aggiunto non indifferente. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole e confortevole!
La presenza di molte finestre è sicuramente un pregio, perché rende gli ambienti luminosi e piacevoli, ma può rappresentare anche un difetto. Alcune finestre hanno persiane che non si chiudono correttamente, lasciando entrare troppa luce al mattino. Inoltre, le finestre del corridoio sono prive di tende e non garantiscono un’adeguata privacy.
