Die Lage war perfekt, Fussläufig zum Zentrum in Garmisch (5 min) und auch nach Patenkirchen (20 min) ohne Probleme. Der Garten war ein Traum mit Blick auf die Berge, die Küche war top ausgestattet mit Gewürzen und Öl. Es gab 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem grossen Bad und einem extra Gäste WC. Die Wohnung ist 2-stöckig, ebenerdig und unten im Untergeschoss befand sich das 2. Schlafzimmer. Das hat ein kleines Fenster ohne Aussicht, was für unsere Kinder kein Thema war. Sie haben sich über ein eines Badezimmer gefreut. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Kleinigkeiten: Das WLAN klappt leider nicht gut, geht ständig aus, auch im Erdgeschoss. Im Gäste WC fehlt ein Handtuch. Das Bett im Erdgeschoss, hat eine harte Matratze.

Location (proximity to central bus station, supermarket and Zugspitzbahn station), quiet neighboorhood, outdoor seating, well appointed kitchen, washing machine.

For the price of the acccomodation it would have been nice to get some additional extras such as coffee pods, toiletries (soap and shampoo), complimentary welcome pack e.g. bottle of wine, chocolates.

Loved the apartment! Super clean, great water pressure and large showers with plenty of warm water, fully equipped kitchen .. kitchen was excellent! Beds were very comfortable. Very spacious. Plenty of room and loved the large terrace/patio with mountain views! Furniture inside and outside was excellent quality and comfortable.

I would recommend screens on lower level windows. Check-in was a little confusing for us.
