A good spacious house near a tram stop.
Cold on arrival and took us awhile to work out the heating system.
The fridge badly needs to be defrosted
No Wi-Fi and it took 36 hours for our request for Wi-Fi to be answered
The bedsheets on one of the beds were dirty with pubic hair embedded and the quilt within the cover was filthy

Location, bedrooms and bathrooms for 7 people, living space and outdoors gave us enough room.
Kitchen supplies-no oil, salt n pepper, hand towel and only 1 hand towel for the kitchen.

Location, size of property.
Previous reviewers had complained about poor cleanliness. Replies from Passthekeys gave apologies and said they would ‘take this up with the local cleaning team’. Clearly they have done nothing of the sort. We found a truly filthy baking tray, the oven was dirty, wine glasses and other kitchen items were also dirty. The lamp next to my bed didn’t work. There was a large stain on the ceiling in the lounge. But worst of all was the fact that they provided only 5 towels for 8 guests, and no bath mats or toiletries (despite listing in the facilities). I called as soon as I realised and they promised to provide them. We were there for the Manchester marathon on a Sunday. When we returned to the property, the towels had not been provided. I called again and they said they would contact the local team. I then received texts to tell me that no one would be coming with any towels but they would reimburse me if I wanted to go out and buy some. They actually suggested going to Iceland or a newsagent for this. Not only ridiculous as those places don’t sell towels but also because it was 17.00 on a Sunday. Although the customer service agents were polite and apologetic, it did not make up for the inconvenience. We paid around £830 for two nights plus the £45 fee that they don’t tell you about beforehand which is a non refundable damage waiver. In the end I was offered £100 compensation. Again, I appreciate the gesture, but the stay would have been a lot more pleasant if the cleaning had been done and the items provided that were listed in the facilities. Relatively simple steps from the agent that would make a big difference to the customer. I would not book a passthekeys property again.
