Studio au pied de la cité

Bonito alojamiento, con una ubicación perfecta. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un par de días. Totalmente recomendable.

Really lovely studio - Perfect location - Easy access to everything. Rue Trivalle has such a lovely atmosphere. Casa Maria (very close by) has amazing Tapas. Worth doing the Ramparts of the Castle Tour, a drink in the Hotel garden and definitely go up there in the evening - Saturday is Disco night!

Only missing a corkscrew (we’ve left ours!).

EXCELLENT

- Location very close to the main tourist attraction of the city, practically on your way towards it. - Electric heater, large windows, spacious main living and sleeping room, in an old building of the city. - Host was responsive when we had difficulties finding the keys (should have not followed Google Maps :) - Host was supportive and allowed to leave a backpack with a few hours before the check-in hour (3pm). - New style and equipped kitchen. - Towels provided, but did not use. - TV available. - Overall good taste for the apartment arrangements as a design (lamps, small couch, large kitchen table, hanger for outdoor clothing). - Comfortable bed for 1 night. - Apartment situated in co-propriety with other apartments.

- It would help to provide more clear instructions with pictures on how to pickup keys. There were some little inconsistencies, for example the number of the postal box to search for, while there was no postal box with the given number, nor keys in the postal box but in a locker next to other postal boxes. Google has also another street number of this accommodation registered, it would worth removing it, as we went there by mistake first, and there was a key locker with the name of the apartment. Another example is the missing apartment number, while the keys turning first time in the door did not opened the door and we had to confirm whether we are trying the door of the right apartments (there was no sign on it). - It would help to make a proper cleaning and repair of the apartment, it was missing since a long time... The decorations (flowers, lamps, entrance shelves) and kitchen glasses were full of long sitting and sticky layer of dust, bathroom needs serious repairs on the walls (painting peeling off, fixing heater), bathroom shower needs serious replacements (the handler, the ground), the doors of the apartment need a proper disinfection and repainting to not be yellow from greasy touches... The floor was dusty in the apartment, so do not forget to bring your own interior shoes! And sorry, towels and bed-sheets are to be at least provided ironed, to properly kill germs, especially when there are several people sleeping in them. We used our own pillow sheets. - Sometimes noise levels were high (from the close neighbor apartments or from the main street under the windows). There were not many tourists during winter but in summer I guess it can be more noisy.
