The unit is big and spacious, which made the stay comfortable. Most of the necessary amenities are provided, such as shampoo, a hairdryer, and basic essentials.
The location is very convenient, with direct connection to a shopping mall, making it easy to access food and shops.
Check-in information was provided clearly and in detail, so the process was smooth
The access password was not given until we asked for it, and it was only shared at the very last minute. This made it feel like the host was worried we would arrive even 15 minutes early.
The car park access card had repeated issues; the guard mentioned it was likely due to low battery.
The sofa did not seem clean, as everyone who sat on it experienced skin rashes. Cleanliness definitely needs improvement.
The rubbish disposal area is not on the same floor, which was inconvenient
