Phoenix East 702

The staff was very friendly. We had a nice view of the beach and the room came with toys for the kids to play with while on our stay. We had dishes for cooking and comfortable bedding.

I wished that our room came with more towels and toiletries. With six people and only four towels and rags total it was hard to keep washing while trying to have fun on the beach. It was a nice stay. We love the phoenix east.

Loved the beach view from our balcony! Everything about our room was excellent!

The property was under construction, I wish we were warned. During the day we would hear the drill going and some of the work being done was right outside of our balcony

I enjoyed the view and being right on the beach.

First day we had problems with the bathtub not draining properly and it taking at least 20 minutes or more for it to go down in between showers. Also, the dryer would take almost all day to get one small load of towels dry. I did reach out and someone did come look at it and fixed the bathtub. Another thing I didn’t like was that when someone did come up to look at it, I was never notified and only had noticed someone being in there due to the iron moved from the top of the dryer. I do feel the place could use a deep clean. The first day when my children were walking in the condo with their socks on the whites socks went almost black. I do wished the dryer would have worked due to the inconvenience of needing clean towels each day not only for the shower but for the beach. The pull out couch could definitely be replaced. It is very worn out.
