Well put together and clean. The facilities were very good.
Nothing exactly about the property. Adequate cooling systems should be looked into. I was informed politely that if I opened the windows, we might have mosquitoes but I shouldn’t worry cos all the rooms had fans. Turned out that only 2 of the rooms had fans. And the fans available were not very competent. I hope this can be looked into as we are having hot days at this time.

Short walk to the bright lights of Southend.pleny of pubs and places to eat. Opposite Southchurch Park with a playground. Over a Premier Store for essentials. Street parking was easy. Owner kindly let us in early.
Mosquitoes were an issue with any open windows but easily spotted and killed. TV area was too small for six people. One bed was uncomfortable.

Close to the beach in the town location was good shop right underneath us which come in handy
Was very good but there was a few things still left in the drawers and few over things like marks on the sheets nothing major probably just stains

Good location, the area was quiet and plenty of room in the flat for 4 of us. We were met by the owners to get the key and advised where to park, but it would have been better if we'd been advised where to park prior to check in.
The flat wasn't clean for our standards. It was tidy, but toilet hadn't been cleaned, sofa had crisp crumbs all over it and lounge floor needed to be swept by us prior to using it. I appreciate the flat was tidy, but it needs a good dusting, obviously toilets both cleaned, floors vacuumed & flooring rugs washed or replaced.
