Really beautiful spot. Such a gorgeous area and you have perfect access to the trails. The man who runs it is very nice and helpful. Taiwanese breakfast was delicious.

Needs better access for drinking water in the rooms. And hand soap at sink.

Great host who came to pick us up from bus station and brought us back once we were leaving. Beautiful views around, very peaceful and quiet. Without luggage it is easy to walk down to the town where there are good connections to Alishan forest. Nice brealfast and were also offered to taste local tea.

very warm hosts, went out of their way to be helpful despite the language barrier. simple facilities, but spotlessly clean. a nice breakfast delivered every morning. a few things within the room such as fittings could be improved, but overall we were very happy with the accommodation.

the only problem i had was with the payment. the owners of this accommodation expect to be paid in cash upon arrival. they do not accept credit cards and we only got to know of this while we were already enroute from taipei. if this fact were clearly mentioned on the website at the time of booking, we would have been prepared. running around chiayi to exchange currency was not something i enjoyed doing.

Le personnel ne parle pas du tout anglais, le petit dej est minimaliste, les photos sur le site sont trompeuses, l’hôtel est surnoté malgré un emplacement au milieu des plantations.
