Limpieza y ubicación muy bien.
La imposibilidad de hablar o poner la tele, porque al momento te contactaban diciendo que un vecino había llamado para quejarse del ruido, totalmente falso. Recomiendo mejorar entonces la insonorización del alojamiento.
