Location is perfect: 5 min to subway station. 20 min to reach center.
I highly recommend "Supermercado El Corte Inglés" supermarket close to subway Arguelles.
The room is clean, no problem with wifi. The bed is comfy.
Many facilities including washing machine, I would even say the place is overloaded with facilities.
It looks more like a design project you enjoy reading a magazine, but using it is strange experience: elements of alarming design spoil the room, no hook to place outer clothing by the entrance door, low glass table to have the dinner at.
Sliding inside doors don't isolate, hard to use.
Washing machine smelled unpleasant, we found black mold on the rubber seal.
Heating is working by schedule, but it was ok for us in March.

Staff responded quite fast and helped me with a watch I forgot at the property, just for that I'd already give a 10/10 but the location was super good too and close to everything
When arriving we had to wait around 20min for a reply on Whatsapp to get the door open, but other than that, all was great

Location was central and excellent. Subway stop around the corner. Shopping opportunities around.
Host was very nice.
Place was cozy and ok but little worn down, not the freshest. Rug wasn't cleaned properly.
No extra bed linen, blanket for other guest.

Demasiado pequeño y baño muy incómodo. No hay ni una sola silla y los asientos para sentarte en la barra mesa muy incómodos sobre todo si se quieren sentar dos personas simultáneamente como sería lógico
