This was one of those places that stay with you for a very long time. From our very first phone conversation with the owner, we already felt that we had found something truly special. Her warmth and kindness only confirmed our first impression. We arrived very late at night, and despite the late hour, the owner was waiting for us, welcomed us personally, showed us around the house, and explained everything we needed to know. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt the incredible Scandinavian atmosphere of this place. The house is beautifully designed, with great attention to every detail — cosy, elegant, and full of a unique charm. We immediately felt at home. The views from the windows are simply beyond words. The fjords, mountains, and surrounding nature create a magical place where it is impossible to take your eyes away from the landscape. There were moments when, instead of exploring, I stayed in the house with a book and simply admired the breathtaking views. We truly appreciated that the owner prepared local products for our delicious breakfast. Everything was of exceptional quality, and after our long journey, we were also welcomed with a wonderful cake — such a lovely and thoughtful touch. The owners recommended many beautiful places to visit in the area and were incredibly helpful. We also highly recommend visiting their café, where you can enjoy local treats — everything we had the chance to try was prepared with great care and simply melted in our mouths. This place has everything: a beautiful house, wonderful hosts, an incredible atmosphere, and views that take your breath away. Here, we truly experienced the meaning of slow life — peace, silence, and a deep connection with nature, far away from the rush of everyday life and unnecessary distractions. I completely fell in love with this place. It is one of those unique places you simply want to return to. We wholeheartedly recommend it. 😘😘

Locatie is met prachtig uitzicht. De ruimte is heel gezellig ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken. Heerlijke douche ook! Enkele lokale producten (brood, jam, eitjes en beleg) stonden bij aankomst voor ons klaar. De veerpont dichtbij. Superfijne plek!

A very cozy and comfortable house with 3 bedrooms and a nice living room and kitchen area. Big and comfortable bathroom. A well equipped house with a nice parking area for our car. The ferry is very close to the house, we could reach the ferry even when getting ready late. The location is stunning. In June the lights in the evening, at night and in the morning were breathtaking. Susanne was very friendly and helpful.

Sehr freundlicheund zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Tller Willkommenskorb. Superschönes und grosszügiges Haus mit toller Aussicht. Auch ein idealer Platz für Nordlichtjäger. Man kann die Aurora direkt vor dem Haus bewundern. Anspruchsvolle Fotografen finden ein paar km weiter ideale Plätze ohne Lichtverschmutzung.

Einziger Wermutstropfen: Dass das Café im Winter (noch?) nicht offen ist. 🤣🤣🤣
