Exceptional view to Eiffel Tower from top floor. Very nice and modern apartment, a really nice and friendly lady owner. Was really surprised with bottles of champagne and cider with some cookies and snacks. Small kitchen, but you have everything you need for stay.
For a group of 4, it might be a little tiny, but you came here to see the Paris, not for space.
Our only concern is that there is no washer machine in the apartment, but there's paid laundry in a building, so it's not a big deal.

We loved the apartments view of the Eiffel Tower, it was absolutely gorgeous! The apartment's decor and style was great.
The apartment is advertised as "air conditioned" in multiple spots on Booking.com; however, it is NOT air conditioned. The owner has Dyson "cooling" fans in the apartment that are said to be air conditioning, but they are only fans. We selected air conditioning in our filters when in search of an apartment and to us this is false advertising. We made it work with the supplied fans, but had extremely uncomfortable nights.

Daire girişi çok kötü… Normalde 7 katlı apartmana kaçak kat çıkılmış, çatı 8. Kata dönüştürülmüş. Yangın merdiveninden çıkıp daireye giriş yapıyorsunuz. Daire girişi çok güvensiz ve kötü, özellikle bebek arabalı çocuklu aileler için hiç uygun değil, çok güvensiz dar yangın merdiveninden çıkmak.
