It was a lovely apartment with nice decor and lots of space. It had all you could need, and the welcome pack is brilliant. The communication from our host, Valentina, was great, and very helpful.
It’s about a 15/20 min walk down into town (the uphill walk back could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues).
Great apartment in a good location but I’d recommend a car. It is a ski in/ski out apartment, but only if you’re a good skier as the chair lift near goes up to black runs, and the run down to the apartment is a red. Otherwise it’s a drive down into town to the town to get the gondola.

It is in great shape, the manager is attentive and had great detail with us and my kids. Beds are comfy and clean we arrived to a stocked fridge. Really A+ service
While the property is ski in and ski out, the slope to get to the man loft is. It exactly beginner friendly, the walk to town is about 15 mins downhill. Internet is shakey all over cervinia, not just this apartment.
