Brand-new apartment in the middle of the mountain!

Apartment just renovated and in perfect shape! There were plenty of appliances to make our stay comfortable for a family of four. The area is strategical for practicing multiple sports and I highly recommend it!

On the whole very pleased with the accommodation very quite and within walking distance to resturant

location was good for ski in but ski out meant you were on the wrong lifts so you had to walk across the car park

Comfortable and cosy. Satisfied with the apartment.

Adequately equipped kitchen, although 1 more medium sized cooking pot would have made life easier. Washer/dryer was efficient. Beds were comfortable. Heaters around the apartment worked well with heated floor at the entrance landing to dry your boots.

Unstable WiFi. Not ski in/ski out unless there’s heavy snow to allow you to ski through the car park to the gondola station. I estimate it’s a 300m walk to the gondola station, 80m walk from end of piste to the apartment.

Brilliant few days on the slopes.

The apartment was lovely, freshly updated and everything worked. We cooked each evening, and then watched a movie and the facilities were all we needed.

Snow cover was poor in the village, and so we were not able to ski in or out. It is a small walk to the lifts (400m), which was a good warm up!

amazing apartment and well stocked - would be great if you could access the key lockbox easier.

The apartment and facilities are fantastic. The apartment is super clean has loads of hot water and the shower is super powerful. The beds are really comfy and nothing was too much trouble for the host. It's a brilliant apartment and I would definitely stay again.

The only challenging thing with this property is collecting the keys if there has been loads of snow! Its tricky to get across the meters of snow to retrieve the keys - especially difficult when dark!

Great host with good recommendations for activities. Apartment was good and basic with all amenities needed. Ground floor. We were a family of 5 travelling. short walk to city centre.

Great stay in Cervinia at the end of the winter season

This property could easily be a 10/10. Very spacious and modern unlike other apartments in Cervinia. Massive TV in all bedrooms and the living room. Easy access to the Cervinia-Plan Maison cable car. Wouldn't say it is ski-in/ski-out as it depends on the snow conditions, but even if there is no snow it is an easy walk to the cable car. However...

There was an issue with the shower that made it hard to shower properly. Good to check with the host to see if it is fixed before booking. Apart from this it is an awesome apartment and one of the best in Cervinia.

The property location is on a private road in a silent neighbourhood, which is nice for evening relaxation.

The property is advertised as ski-in and ski-out and while this will be possible in mid ski season, it is impossible begin of April (it was impossible to reach the Plan Maison or Cretaz lifts on ski).

Great apartment in a great location where we could ski-in and out, as well as walk to the restaurants in town. Initially we were a little worried if our family of five (with three big teens) would fit, but we had more than enough space!

Marco was an excellent host with excellent advice on where to ski on which days due to the weather. Having a washing machine was a huge advantage for us. Nice & quiet, perfect size for our family of 5. Parking right outside the door.

Wij arriveerden in de ochtend al en konden in overleg bij aankomst gelijk in het appartement, top service! Ook de toegang tot het appartement verliep gemakkelijk door de duidelijke informatie van de eigenaar. Vanuit het appartement sta je binnen 3 minuten op de piste, zeer goede ligging.

Posizione perfetta: gli impianti sono vicinissimi e si può andare a piedi; anche in centro si può andare a piedi senza prendere la macchina. L’appartamento é bellissimo, con vista sulla montagna, sempre soleggiato. All’interno ci sono tutti i confort necessari e il letto é molto comodo!
