The Clarke - Sophisticated Southbank Living

Amazing modern apartment & balcony views with fantastic large outdoor setting. Lounge fits 4 people easily with large TV and also one in each bedroom. Beds and lounge were extremely comfortable and view from main bedroom of the city is exceptional. Kitchen had everything you need and great having the sink in the bench from dining room The bedrooms have both bathrooms between them, great layout design of the unit. Southbank location is only a short walk to restaurants on the river and across to the CBD. Tram only 200m away. No traffic noise wiith balcony door closed. Woolworths is underneath the complex and delicious breakfast Cafe across the street Would definitely recommend! We stayed 2 nights, wish we had at least a week!

Only a couple of tiny things. No fan or aircon in bedrooms however, the lounge aircon easily filters through to the bedrooms. Large suitcases may not fit on bedroom floors though the beds are King size which is much more desirable! Plenty of floor space in apartment to put 4 suitcases. There were cigarette butts wedged around the balcony perimeter though noted some would be from the units above. Two sets of keys would be good for 4 people however I didn't think to request this when booking if this was possible.

The balcony was great to chill out on after a long day's shopping. Both bedrooms had their own ensuite, so it was easy for a family of 4 to get ready in the morning. Located on top of a Woolworths so that was highly convenient. Pool area also had a spa and sauna so several ways to relax at the end of the day.

Window washers on the floors above spilling water and debris over the balcony rendering it unusable for one of the days. It has to be done I guess so just chilled out inside for that day.
