Mr Clarke - Prime Cityscape with Parking

Location was just out of the city/free tram zone. Everything was so accessible and we were able to get to areas in the city really quickly. The proximity to the train station was a short 10 minutes walk which was just about right.

There was not much to dislike. Just not too used to the steep slopes in the multistorey carpark, but we just needed to be careful. when negotiating the turns as we ascend or descend. Otherwise, it was all good!

It was clean inside the apartment and close to everything

The smell outside the corridor and the carpet outside near the lifts looked very dirty

Great location, close to where we needed to be to be right in the hub of the cbd.

Loved the property, it had all the necessities.

The apartment was clean, great location, had everything we needed for our 2 nights away. It slept 5 but we have 3 teenage boys so the bedding configuration was not ideal. The double bed with bunk above didn’t suit the boys, but we managed by putting the smallest on the couch

The instructions were not clear, the key pick up was difficult as the IGA was on a corner so the address was on one street but the IGA door was around the corner and there was no where to park. The lift instructions were not helpful, we had to go down from level 7 (carpark level) to the ground floor to verify the key fob. Then go back up to level 10 where the room is. It was difficult to get anyone on the phone to help with this.
