Location was good.
Collecting keys from a convenience store 500metres from location of accommodation was not ideal

absolutely nothing

Nice new facilities, good location
We were provided 1 set of keys and there were 5 of us. We asked immediately for an additional set of keys. 9 days and we never got them despite our daily request and demand.
Also, there was a window in the room we were not able to close (and the nights are cold in Melbourne) + a light bulb that was not working - we reported it all and there was no answer.
Disappointing!!!
