Overall, great value for money if you arent all that bothered about the little issues

Very nicely furnished flat, great value for money, very clean, bathroom was nice

The key can be stiff to get out of the lockbox, couple minor damages but nothing that seriously impacts the experience (hole in the bath shell, wall scratches etc), kitchen felt a little lacking on the utilities side (missing tea towel, tongs etc)

A terrible experience

The clean linen.

The accommodation did not resemble the marketing The apartment was advertised as “Lux” accommodation with 5 beds: The so called 5th bed was a badly stained sofa chair that no one in our group wanted to sit on. The promotional photos had disguised this piece of furniture; The faux marble finish to the bathroom was poorly installed and damaged; One of the dining chairs was broken: One of the bed heads was broken; The entrance to the building was dirty and the entrance door was damaged; The noise from the apartment on the floor above was disturbing and made us feel insecure; One of the side tables in a bedroom was unstable; The condition of the building was poor- requiring repainting, repairs to to facade, cleaning the public areas including the stairs and corridors and repairs to the entrance door. I could go on, but won’t

The location was excellent for the O2 Academy and Glasgow city centre. Parking was very convenient. The local supermarket was within walking distance. The Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom was amazing.

Clean and comfortable apartment but difficult to access

The apartment was clean, warm and comfortable.

On arrival, the keys weren’t in the correct key box as instructed in the check in information but this was quickly sorted with a phone call. However, the keys often got stuck in the lock and we once tried for as long as ten minutes to gain access. We contacted the landlord’s agents several times to try and resolve the issue but eventually we were told that they couldn’t help further. We dreaded coming back to the flat each day and wrestling with the lock each time. Sometimes it turned easily but other times it took ages. We asked the landlord’s agents to ask the landlord to contact us direct but were told that wasn’t possible. We were travelling with a small baby and it made us anxious each time we returned that we wouldn’t be able to get inside again. We gave up trying to get help when the agent told us that she couldn’t get anyone out at the weekend and said “sorry this isn’t the answer you were looking for”. I’d hate to have been travelling on my own or arriving late at night and then having to deal with this access problem. For this issue alone, we wouldn’t book this apartment again.

We hadden voor 5 man geboekt en was maar voor 4 plek. Er was een slaap bank die was zo vies dat je er niet eens op wilde liggen + er was niet eens beddengoed voor de slaapbank
