Very clean property and kind hosts. They had starting provisions which was an enormous convenience. Marcello was responsive to questions ahead of and during our stay. Dario was on hand to meet us. After a long flight, we were pleased that the cleaners finished early and we could check in earlier than expected. Marcello connected us with Mario who would valet our car in the garage. The accommodation had everything we needed - A/C, laundry, coffee with pods, a great view. It is a relief to have great A/C after a day of exploring Palermo in 90+ degree (Fahrenheit) weather! Having the elevator was great too. Do note that there are three half-flights of stairs from street-level to the elevator. This is fine with us but thought to note for those with mobility issues. Quatro Canti is visible right from the door step. While we loved the bustle of the location - the nearby restaurants (understandably) served basic food for tourists. Marcello suggested fantastic restaurants with good wine lists a further walk away and we had our best meals at his recommended establishments.

Excellent location literally steps from the Quattro Canti. Marcello went over and above to assist us to locate and settle into his property His wife home made biscotti typical of Palermo to enjoy with our coffee. Spacious and beautifully decorated apartment
