    The tub I paid extra for flushed out grey water both times I filled and drained the tub to try and use it. The location was also a pain to find and access.

    It was affordable and not the absolute worst, but definitely not the best. We found a sock left in the room, random hairs, and spots on the sheets (not sure if they were stains or just not changed), so it didn’t feel cleaned. Also, the bed was hard and both of us had back pain the next day. Also, even though it was the weekend, it took 3 days to get the $100 deposit back.

    No Hot water so we could take a shower paint peeling from ceiling and bathroom talk to three different employees. They took notes and said they would tell the manager called three times before finally been able to talk to the manager. He said he do nothing about it after one person told me that they just fix the hot water in that room, very very dissatisfied with the customer service would like a refund from red roof in
