The staff was very friendly and helpful. When my reservation showed one bed (I needed two) they immediately assisted in getting me into the right room. The room was comfortable with easy access to the outside for my dog's potty breaks. The area was decent enough. It's next to a neighborhood with a school across the street. It's a couple blocks away from an old downtown business area which made it perfect for morning walks. There was a local coffee shop on that street as well. As soon as I checked in, the girl at the front desk provided menus and a list of local eateries. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a great stay and even booked again for the following week on our way back through.
Not a priority at all but the tv and remote are slow as molasses. It made regulating the sound difficult. However, there were options to watch Netflix and YouTube as well as cable channels.
