About this apartment rental
Comfortable 4* studio with sea view and access to a white sandy beach 20 meters away, it is located at the Pointe de la Verdure in Gosier on the 1st floor of a residence with elevator. Twenty minutes from the airport.
The 45 m2 studio is composed of:
- A large air-conditioned bedroom with 2 twin beds and a single bed. Possibility of adding a folding bed for a child up to 15 years old. Sheets and towels are provided. There is a television and free wifi.
- A bathroom with a shower and a toilet separate from the rest of the accommodation.
- A fully equipped kitchenette on the balcony (toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, etc...) to allow you to cook in peace. There is also a roller shutter on the balcony.
Possibility of a parking space nearby on request.
There is access to a white sandy beach 20 meters away with many sports activities nearby (snorkeling, jet skiing, canoeing, diving, Aqua gym, tennis). Close to restaurants, bars, hotels, mini-market, casino.
The studio, due to its location in the town of Le Gosier, is ideally placed geographically to discover the whole of Guadeloupe. For people who do not have to rent a car, there is a bus stop 100 meters away with a bus every half hour.
Le Gosier is the third most populous municipality on the island. You can do a lot of exciting and fascinating things there and have an exhilarating experience.

The town of Le Gosier takes its name from the pelican called in the 17th century, grand Gosier because of the importance of its beak and pocket, it is one of the main tourist destinations in the archipelago of Guadeloupe. This seaside resort has a warm and lively atmosphere where leisure activities abound. The sandy beaches, water sports, shops, restaurants, bars, casinos and nightclubs have plenty of room for holidaymakers. The beautiful cove located at Anse Tamarin is popular for swimming as well as learning to sail and kayak. The beautiful white sandy beaches will seduce lovers of relaxation. Until 11 pm, the Datcha beach in particular is ideal for jogging, water sports or swimming at night. Further east, in the direction of Sainte-Anne, the beautiful and peaceful beach of Petit-Havre is a haven of peace conducive to swimming, picnicking or resting in the shade of the trees.
ISLET DU GOSIER: This small island is a great place to relax or swim in the lagoon. Although it is uninhabited, it is popular with locals on weekends and the environment is natural with these reefs. There is a 5 minute boat ride from the market town's beach.
LA DACHA BEACH: a must-see beach in the village with its small beach bars, very pleasant to sip a drink with your feet in the sand. It has lighting for swimming at the end of the day. Swimming is pleasant for children and adults with a gentle and sandy slope.
THE FORT FLOWER OF SWORD This Fort is located on the great hill in the lower part of the Fort. It was built between 1750 and 1763. The several small buildings and the rooms below are connected by underground tunnels and battlements. The visit is free from Monday and Sunday.
AQUARIUM: If you are wondering what to do with your children a really nice aquarium you attends.Il shows a lot of the marine life of the area. Sail through the aquarium and find the large shark and turtle tank which is a must for those who want to know more about the animals of the island. Here you can also learn more about the wildlife and coral reefs in order to know the different snorkeling possibilities that the island offers.
THE MARKET: On Friday evenings, you can find a lively night market with lots of people shopping for handicrafts, trinkets, as well as tourist gifts. You can also buy local fruits and vegetables. The market opens from 5pm and is located on the two main streets of the village. Immerse yourself in a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere while shopping for travel souvenirs.
THE COSTUME AND TRADITION MUSEUM: This museum is perfectly organized, tracing the evolution of Caribbean clothing, costumes and culture through the ages. It was created by the owner and her husband who are extremely knowledgeable. Listen to the explanations and watch a documentary film about the history of Creole clothing. It

Thierry is a good host. Nice beach with bar in 1 Min. walking distance. Guadeloupe shuts off the water about twice a week, Thierry has provides water containers in the Apartment. There is a parking place for the apartment.
