Air-conditioned 43-m² studio with a terrace, an unobstructed view of the sea and Gosier Island, private beach, tennis court, secure site, close to shops and restaurants.
King-size bed for two people and a daybed for one adult or two children. Sheets and bathroom linen are provided.
Air conditioning, equipped kitchen (induction cooker, mini refrigerator/freezer, microwave, television, broadband internet, table and iron).
There is a restaurant, a hairdressing salon, and an aesthetic salon in the hotel complex.

Between Pointe-à-Pitre and Sainte-Anne, to the south of Grande-Terre, Gosier features many points of interest. It is worth noting its unique location at the gates of the mainland and the city is connected to roads to Basse Terre. Le Gosier is in the middle of all the best sights of the Guadeloupe.
There is a marina with many restaurants, a casino, an 800-m aquarium², as well as La Pointe de la Verdure, famous for its clubs, hotels with their small artificial beaches, not forgetting the famous La Route du Rhum.

Le studio dans la propriété d'un hotel **** assure toute tranquillité (sauf peut-être le samedi et le dimanche où on entend la musique du beach club de l'hotel). La plage n'est pas vraiment appropriée pour se baigner, mais il y en a d'autres très proches. La chambre dispose de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin: beaucoup de serviette, grand lit, grand bureau, armoire spacieux. La cuisine et sur une terrasse vitrée: ça marche très bien pour 1 ou 2 personnes, pour 3 ou 4 ce serait un peu petit. Dans l'ensemble, très bien !

Appartement très bien placé dans le centre du Gosier dans une résidence avec accès direct sur la plage. Très bon rapport qualité prix avec des propriétaires disponibles et à votre écoute. A retenir .......

Studio spacieux et confortable pour 2 personnes; en effet, le canapé susceptible d'accueillir une personne supplémentaire n'est pas adapté pour y dormir: trop court, barre au milieu du couchage.
