I stayed in this studio from 02/29 to 03/04. While the rental is not luxurious, it is nice, clean, and literally less than a 2 minute walk from the beach. The view from the balcony is amazing!!
Although, I rented a car for my visit, you can get by without a car. There are restaurants/bakeries, clubs, and casinos within walking distance. If you decide to rent a car, there is onsite parking available.
Please note that is a space for 4 (not 5 as advertised) and if you are coming from the USA, you need to have an outlet adapter to utilize your electronics. There is one outlet available by the television that fits our prongs but if there is more than one individual, you will need to walk with an adapter. There is an electronics store down that street that sold adapters for less than 5 euros.
Throughout my stay, I dealt with Johan (property owner), Anne, and Ely. All of them were very responsive and helpful.
Overall, I would recommend this property.

We had an excellent stay in this well-located and efficiently designed apartment. It was just steps to the ocean and easy walking distance to downtown Gosiers. The owner was very helpful. During our weeklong stay there was an electricity cut and a period when no water was available in the area. Each lasted a few hours; we were assured that such problems are unusual. We definitely recommend this apartment to other vacationers.
