As you step into Villa Athena, the open-plan living area invites you to unwind in style, featuring comfortable seating, a modern kitchen, and large French windows that offer access to the patio and the pool and views of the surrounding landscapes. The fully equipped kitchen and the stone BBQ allow for the preparation of delicious meals, whether you prefer to cook for yourself or indulge in the services of a private chef. The dining area both indoors and outdoors provides the ideal setting for enjoying dinners with family and friends.

The village is strategically located to be conveniently close to local amenities and the stunning beaches of Kefalonia, making it ideal to explore and enjoy the wonders of this picturesque Greek island.

The little village of Spartia is 2.5 km or thirty minutes walk away where there are a few shops, tavernas and a beautiful sandy beach a short distance from the village. The south coast resorts of Lourdas and Trapezaki are nearby and worth visiting whilst Argostoli, the island's capital, is approximately 10 minutes drive away. Half a mile from the villas is Liakas Village Apartments, a small group of holiday houses with a pool, bar, and tennis court which our villa guests are welcome to use.

For us it was the perfect location, only ten minutes from the local mini markets, about 20 mins from Argostoli and loads of local restaurants. Highly recommend this villa. I also recommend a bit of online research as there's loads of places to visit and things to do

I would recommend this property to everyone. It was very clean, good position just 12km from the main town and near all the sandy beaches. Car is a must to stay in this property. The pictures provided are very accurate and we've got exactly the same house. Nice view and very nice pool
The only problem was the internet. On the listing it says it has wi-fi, so we did not make any research about the island. Also I needed internet for my work. When we arrived there we were told that internet was never an option in this villa.
