Villa Uranos (the sky) is a cosy retreat situated in the serene village of Spartia on the southern coast, offering an unrivaled location and a tranquil ambiance. With its spacious layout spanning two floors, numerous verandas, and patios adorned with pergolas, this exclusive villa showcases breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea, including Dias Island, Zakynthos, and the endless horizon. Set in the picturesque island of Kefalonia, Villa Uranos guarantees an unforgettable stay by providing the highest standards of accommodation.
Elegantly designed with a modern touch, the villa seamlessly combines minimalist elements with traditional Kefalonian details, creating a harmonious and sophisticated atmosphere. A private entrance and parking area welcome guests to this remarkable property, which boasts its own 10 x 5 pool, sun terraces, comfortable loungers, and parasols. Nestled in its stunning private grounds, Villa Uranos offers complete privacy without sharing any facilities.
The villa encompasses two floors, featuring three double ensuite bedrooms capable of accommodating 2-6 people, along with three luxurious bathrooms. Each room is fully air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay even during the warmest months. On the ground floor, guests will find a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom, as well as a spacious living/dining room equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player. The fitted kitchen, complete with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and a filter & NESPRESSO coffee maker, offers easy access to the veranda. All ground floor rooms lead directly to the meticulously landscaped garden and inviting pool. Ascending the stairs, guests will discover two more double rooms on the upper floor, including a master bedroom and another double bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms. The expansive windows of the master bedroom provide stunning sea views, allowing guests to wake up to the beauty of the surroundings. The villa is exclusively intended for private use, accommodating 2-6 people comfortably.
The charming village of Spartia is located just 2.5 kilometers away or a thirty-minute walk, offering a selection of shops, tavernas, and a beautiful sandy beach within easy reach. Nearby, the south coast resorts of Lourdas and Trapezaki are worth exploring, while the island's capital, Argostoli, can be reached within approximately twenty minutes by car. Additionally, half a mile from Villa Uranos, guests will find Liakas Village Apartments, a small group of holiday houses with a shared pool, bar, and tennis court, where villa guests are welcome to enjoy additional amenities.

residence very nice, clean, new and well maintained.
We were 5 families in 5 apartments.
We were all very pleased with the holiday.
The property was always kind and also for small everyday problems.
If possible I will definitely return

We had a wonderful holiday at Liakas Village. The resort is very nice and quiet. Fabulous the pool, all to ourselves. From the first floor you can enjoy a fabulous view. Internet wi-fi worked well. The apartment was comfortable and cozy. Thanks to Elina who helped us in the small necessities. Unfortunately it was s a little lack of care of Ellie. Upon our arrival there was no one waiting for us, as well as to our departure. She did not show us the apartment. She only said, "the keys are on the door." Even the daily cleaning was a bit lacking. She never made the beds and the last three days she has not emptied the bins. We had to ask for toilet paper to other ladies who cleaned. Despite all, it was a wonderful experience and I think I will return.

Very nice resort. The manager was very kind and helpful to resolve all requests. The nearby beach is wonderful as well as the sea near rocks and distant about a hundred yards from the house.
One note: the site indicates the presence of the Internet connection, but is completely absent. However, in the village of Spartia and even on the beach "water way" there are good wi-fi hot spot.
