Open-plan living includes a light and airy kitchen, dining and lounge area, where guests can settle in on the big, comfy sofa and relax with Netflix or a book. An elegant and well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at home, including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and other essentials like pots, pans and utensils.
Enjoy casual dining at the six-seater table, or head outside to the generous undercover deck to fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco at the eight-seater setting, where you can take in vast views overlooking the surrounding greenery and the peaceful sounds of the local birdlife. In the backyard below, you’ll find swinging chairs to relax in as well as a fire pit that provides a cosy spot for guests to gather and stay warm over the cooler months.
Three bedrooms sleep seven guests, with the elegantly appointed master bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and the second bedroom offering a bunk with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. The main bathroom features contemporary, floor-to-ceiling tiles, a walk-in shower, a freestanding tub for a relaxing soak, and all the essentials.
The third bedroom is located downstairs with a separate entrance via the driveway, tucked beneath the deck for added privacy—perfect for groups. It features a queen bed and an adjoining toilet with laundry facilities.
Additional conveniences include ample parking on the premises for up to five cars, Wi-Fi and split-system air-conditioning throughout.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire bungalow to yourself. The third bedroom is detached from the main house and has its own private entrance. Please make yourself at home!
Family-friendly Rye Front Beach, just a few minutes' drive or a half-hour walk, is a great place to take a dip or enjoy a snorkel. The lovely white sand beach has cafes, ice creameries, take-away shops nearby, you'll also find BBQ facilities and picnic spots.
Rye Ocean Beach is just a few minutes' drive from your stay. While not a swimming beach, visitors can walk along the long, sandy stretch and take in views of the dunes.
The award-winning Peninsula Hot Springs are 10 minutes' drive, where you can indulge at the day spa and enjoy the natural thermal mineral waters that flow through the pools and private baths. The vibrant cafes, boutique shops and sights of Sorrento are also a 10-minute drive.
