The house features 2 living rooms, 3 spacious
bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a large island and a breakfast nook, a dining area, a hallway, and a laundry room all spread out over 1,600 square feet, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.
It is elegantly furnished and is perfect for families, groups of friends, or business travelers who want to experience the best of Music City, and/or the calmness of country living within the city.
The living rooms have cozy leather chairs, the dining plenty of room, the kitchen is new and fully equipped with modern appliances to cook, bake, grill, and feel at home. We offer complimentary coffee, tea, water, and more. A Keurig Coffee marker, a kettle and a toaster are available for your use.
The main living room has a 65” 4K UHD smart TV perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a long day of exploring Nashville. Every bedroom has a 43" 4K UHD smart TV for your added entertainment from the comfort of your room.
The home has a dedicated workspace, free Wi-Fi with reliable AT&T fiber internet service.
The house also features spotless quartz countertops, and lots of sitting space to gather around and eat or enjoy fun games. It has beautiful large windows, and all hardwood flooring.
The master bedroom features a luxurious queen-size bed with all white bed linens, a large, mirrored closet, and a beautiful master bathroom with double sinks, a shower and a large jetted jacuzzi for two.
The other two guest bedrooms have comfortable queen-size beds as well. We use exclusively quality white linens, comforters, and pillowcases on our beds.
All bathrooms are stocked with essentials, including hair dryers and towels. We provide high-quality towels as well as complimentary toiletries.
There is an iron and an ironing board. There is also a new washer and dryer and laundry detergent for your convenience in the laundry room.
Our guests say the true character of this home is evident in its private backyard. It features a high, comfortable back patio, a grill, a seating area, etc. where you can enjoy the natural beauty of Tennessee countryside while in town.
For added security, we have security cameras on the exterior of the building. There are no indoor cameras.
Guess access to the house is through a self-check in smart lock system. Access codes are generated after booking.
You'll have exclusive use of the entire home during your stay. None of the amenities will be shared with other groups or people other than your group.
The garage features a mini gym with a treadmill, a ping-pong table, an exercise bench, and some weights.
It is available for recreational use but not for parking. We offer only driveway and street parking.
Our Short-Term Rental Permit issued by the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, is available for review in the house.

Had a great stay at this beautiful home. Very clean and great location. Fenced in yard was great for the dog. The kitchen was well stocked. Quiet neighborhood. Communication was great with the host. Check in was easy. We will definitely stay again next time in Nashville.

We had a great time and the property for our girlfriend weekend was great! The house was clean and fresh! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for the four of us. Would recommend.
