About this house rental
You'll love this beautiful, updated, large home. This corporate home (30 day min) has steps leading to the living space which is all one story. When you enter the front door, you’ll see the great room straight ahead, the formal dining room to the right and the kitchen at 2:00, Turn right instead of entering the kitchen and you’ll find the Bonus room which can also be a 4th bedroom. It has a sofa, a queen futon, huge desk, a PS3 & RokuSmart TV. From the front entry to the left are three bedrooms and two full baths.
The Owner's Suite (back yard view) offers an additional sitting area and a full bath with both a standing shower and garden tub. The living room is large and comfy. Other items you’ll find: Washer/Dryer, iron, ironing board, kitchen utensils, dishes, cups and glasses.
Skip one mile over to Elm Hill Marina on Percy Priest Lake where you can join the Nashville Boat Club, rent a boat or have a burger, a drink or see live music at Shipwreck Cove. We're located 3.4 miles from the airport and 10 miles from downtown Nashville. Nashville Shores Water Park is 3.4 miles away (no highway driving) and Opry Mills Mall is 8.5 miles away. Grocery store, Mexican Restaurant, Chinese Take-out, Dollar General, Liquor store, Subway, Pizza, Gas, and a gym are all 2 miles away.

The garage isn't included for parking due to storage that we may need to access. Exceptions can be made for one vehicle, if necessary.
As your host, I'm available for anything you need. We'll start you out with paper products, dish, dishwasher and laundry soaps to last the first few days. While I'll provide a list of places to shop and visit, if you need any recommendations for anything else, I'll find it for you.
