About this house rental

Built in 1840, on the 7-acre site of Springfield Furnace, this large house has great amenities. Take a one minute walk and visit craft brewery Cobblehaus Brewing Company with vast outdoor views including a waterfall.

There are 3 large king size bedrooms. All baths and kitchen are brand new.

Home includes BBQ grill and baby grand piano.

The house was very comfortable- beds very comfortable, bathrooms nicely appointed, kitchen well stocked and the whole house unique, clean, comfortable. It was rustic, per the description, original floors for example built in 1840. It was so nice to be able to access the walking trails and water fall. Very convenient to Grove City College and nearby restaurants.

Very rustic and large. Great location, The waterfall and all the history was a nice adventure. Kitchen is Great! Very open with all amenities. Seems like a new to VRBO as closets still needed rods. But very nice remodel. Very Clean

Cobblehaus is as promised - a historic home with all the modern amenities. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the adjacent Brewery and the beautiful landscaping overlooking a waterfall and creek.
