What makes a great home... even better? Privacy, on a dead-end road, surrounded by trees and foliage on 1.5 acres! This location provides a serene experience while still maintaining access to everything nearby within seconds! From shopping, to local restaurants, bars, events and activities, it doesn't get much better than this.
We want to provide everything you would need, because we want you to feel at home, so take a minute to review the list of all of our amenities and provisions!
LOCATION:
Despite the fact that you are located on a small, private, and secluded road with hills on each side, you have access to local shopping, entertainment, and restaurants that are located less than 60 seconds from the property!

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS:
Two separate bedrooms are on the main floor with two queen beds. A private office space with an additional twin bed and crib is connected directly to one of the bedrooms. A private bedroom is located on the lower level with a twin bed. There is a full bathroom on the main floor and also one on the lower level. Each bathroom is stocked with essentials. Additional pillows and blankets are provided for an optional/additional sleeping space in the lower level sectional. 5 hotel-style pillows are provided on each queen bed, and 2 pillows for each twin bed. 4 mini baby blankets are also provided in the crib.
AMENITIES:
Review our list of amenities below and see everything this home has to offer! We also provide complimentary, pre-packed travel essentials, including: toothbrushes, floss, lotion, Dove soap, and toothpaste. Bottled water, snacks, and candy varieties are supplied as well. For all of our bath towels they are plush, hotel-style quality. Additionally, for each bathroom we supply 16 oz bottles of bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner (refilled with Dove and TreSemme brands). A fully stocked coffee bar includes fresh coffee bean varieties (along with a grinder), and almost every essential needed, including creamers, syrups, powders, and a variety of sweeteners. Varieties of teas are provided as well. Bottled water (10 bottles, Aquafina), chip snacks (13 individual bags), and candy varieties are also provided. We do our best to have a fully stocked home with every amenity you can think of to give you the same feeling that you never left home. Card games and board games are also located on the lower level along with a miniature pool table! There is also an electric fireplace on the main floor living room. Additionally, the firepit area at the bottom of the yard is completely secluded and provides a real "backwoods" feel for your campfire experience.
Four Roku Smart TV's are located in the two upstairs bedrooms, and one in each living room. A NETFLIX account is already provided by us, signed in, and is complimentary to be used on each TV.
When guests reserve this space, they have private and autonomous access to the land and entire home on their own!

This was an absolutely delightful place to stay. It's family and pet friendly! It could also work for friends who get along well and don't mind sharing a bathroom. The host is incredibly thoughtful. And, as a home-away-from-home it's so well situated. You're close to the airport, a mall, the parkway if you want to go into Pittsburgh. The most wonderful part of the stay was my arrival. (That might sound odd, but I was running a bit behind my intended arrival time and feeling rather stressed out). When I pulled in the drive--lo and behold! Lights were on (kind of like your parents probably did for you when you were out past dark). There are festive lights decorating the entire enclosed front porch and lights in several rooms throughout the home were also on! There are thoughtful extra touches--baskets of snacks, a basket of things you might have forgotten to pack (Tylenol, toothbrush, etc.) and if you like to cook--this kitchen is so well supplied with all kinds of culinary cookware and gadgets, you'll immediately feel at home. Bonus? A coffee and tea bar. WOOT! When I travel for work I prefer VRBOs to hotels. This was one of the nicest ones I've stayed in. It's not flashy--it's a good old-fashioned family-style home where you immediately feel at home. Two-thumbs up! Highly recommend!!!

This is a perfect property with wonderful hosts. Our choice for visiting Cranberry grandchildren. Convenient location, pristine cleanliness, quiet area. Wonderfully stocked. We will stay there again, no doubt. Five stars on everything!!
