About this house rental
My very comfortable home is nicely furnished and the yard well-maintained. Three blocks to lively Tennyson St. with multiple great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, gyms, yoga studios, shops, bakeries, groceries, dry cleaners, and a park with hoops/jungle gyms, and a big grassy area. Private & fenced grassy backyard with patio. Lots of windows, office with French doors, free wi-fi, Bluetooth music player, 65" TV on a lift in the family room, primary bedroom jacuzzi tub, large dining room, extra chairs & stools on site. It's a very fun neighborhood and the house is built to entertain, gatherings are fine but please do not host large/loud parties, and please be respectful of and careful with the property, etc. Downtown Denver 10 min., Red Rocks 20 min., multiple major ski resorts 1 hr., 35 min. from DIA. The garage is not part of the rental.

Great location for our need while in Denver. The homes amenities were wonderful. Communication process was seamless. While a few things are getting dated (back screen door and towels), everything else was great. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy for us to have our children and their spouses over for for meals while there. Would definitely stay here again.

We live across the country and our son got married just outside Denver. We rented this home to be close for all the festivities. The house is well laid out, and perfectly comfortable! Everything was just as the photos and description explained. The homeowner was responsive and easy to communicate with. Wonderful wonderful place that we hope will be available for us if needed in the future.

This property is actually as advertised, and as clean as can get. The house is comfortable, the host is communicative and our stay here was an easy 5/5 experience. Located close to most thing, highly recommend for a group looking to explore Denver.
