A very safe and quiet neighborhood with the kindest neighbors. Sloans Lake is an easy walk (10-15min) or quick run where you can catch beautiful sunrises and sunsets overlooking the city.
Super convenient to grab food as there is a cute coffee shop and juice shop within walking distance, and a quick 5min drive will bring you to Edgewater Public Market where you can find ramen, empanadas, ice cream, newly opened shake shack(!!) and more. Tennyson street is nearby that is super charming with lots of boutiques and restaurants.

This was a great space for my family to enjoy Denver. We were able to walk to Edgewater Public Market (a favorite) and Sloan's Lake was just a short walk away. There were so many small amenities included in the home. Toys for our 5 year old, a pack and play for our infant. The bathrooms were well-stocked and there were sufficient pots and pans to make a few meals. The neighborhood feels very local and close enough to downtown. I really enjoyed how quaint the home felt. I also loved the outdoor space. We were able to grill and have some family staying at a nearby bnb join us for a meal. Definitely recommend this home.
