We had a great time staying at this house. It is very comfortable and Phil is an excellent host. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to prepare and cook meals at home. We would be happy to stay here again.

The property was amazing. We met the owner upon arrival. He is very friendly and lets you know some ins and outs of tge home. He stays in a seperate property behind the home. You don't see him during your stay. But it is good to know he is near if you need help with anything. The home is fantastic. Wonderful location. We walked to starbucks and drank coffee by Sloan lake. I felt safe. It is near a main roadway but the owner supplies ear plugs, should you need them. It was a lovely home and i would definitely stay again. We traveled with my infant grandson and there was a pack and play as well as a high chair, which wa sa HUGE help! We loved this home and I definitely recommend it to anyone else looking to stay in Denver.

Is on a corner of Sheridan Blvd, a noisy thoroughfare (dragstrip?). The very nice patio was rendered almost untenable in the afternoons due to traffic noise. House does not have central A/C. Instead, it has an evaporative cooler system (which worked very well) but required partially-open windows to move the air (and also admitted noise).
On plus side: Excellent kitchen and washer & dryer. Plenty of pots & pans & utensils. Good dining table arrangement. Good TV. Excellent wi-fi. All systems are well-labeled and have instructions for use.
If you stay here, be sure to drive down the hill for a happy hour at Lakeview Lounge. Within walking distance of house is excellent and attractive restaurant, "West 29th."
